You can request a return or replacement only in the following cases:
π All claims must be raised within 7 days of the product being delivered. Proofs like clear product photos, packaging photos, and an unboxing video are mandatory for validation.

Since all Aura products are printed on demand, we cannot reuse returned items β hence returns for personal preference are not accepted.
Once your claim is approved:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred due to Aura or our fulfillment partner.
